I met Jo in 2015, as she had been selected to handle a Head of People role for a privately owned manufacturing company.  I had a very good candidate experience as Jo presented my profile to her client.  She took a coaching role to make sure I was fully prepared for all interviews and provided an excellent company profile and insight into the commercial aspects of the business.
